The Full Story
We are Antoaneta and Peter, two people from different cultural backgrounds who found love in beautiful Switzerland. As two people with different cultural backgrounds, as I am Bulgarian by birth and my partner Peter has Swiss and Scottish roots, our common love for nature inspired us to found Mathis Trading. Because nature knows no gender, no nationality and no borders. We are all equal before the power of nature.
Our last trip to Greece left a long-term impression on us and convinced us of the healing power of the Mediterranean. The delicious olives, the breathtaking beaches and the crystal clear blue waters enchanted us. During this time, I personally struggled with skin problems and was able to try the OliveOlio brand products. They actually improved my skin and we were determined to share our positive experience with as many people as possible.

We pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients in our products, sourced from the richest and most diverse flora in Greece, Europe and the world. The company we work with strives to ensure that traditional Greek recipes and techniques are enhanced by modern technology and that strict quality control procedures are followed at every stage. Ingredients are sourced from certified organic crops, without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or weed killers, along with strict quality control procedures for both raw materials and the final product, and all production procedures are environmentally friendly.
The donkey milk collection in particular has become one of the most sought after products due to its unique nourishing properties. We had to make sure the donkeys had the best possible veterinary care, proper food, water and shelter. The donkey farm is run with complete respect for nature and the donkeys are also raised in a purely natural way.
Our mission is to keep nature clean at every stage of our operation and all the resources we use to be environmentally friendly and above all to comply with all ethical and moral standards. We pride ourselves on our commitment to ethical and sustainable production methods and look forward to sharing our vision of natural beauty with you.
